I'm a photographer, birth & postpartum doula, and a mum of two — both born right here in Berlin. As a foreigner without family nearby, I know first-hand how much it matters to have someone beside you during this extraordinary time.
I am passionate about feminist questions: birth, sexual health, reproductive justice and human rights. I'm here to help you know your options, reclaim your body, and feel supported — as if I were family.

A doula is a non-medical, holistic companion who supports you physically and emotionally throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum. I'll meet you before the birth, provide educational resources, show you exercises to ease labour, and stand by your side from the start of active labour right through to the first hours with your newborn.
As a Mütterpflegerin, my postpartum support can also be prescribed as Haushaltshilfe and covered by your Krankenkasse under certain conditions.
